That’s why we commit to protect this information. Personal information collected by The Québec City Comiccon Group is information about an identifiable individual that may include the name, the email address, the mailing address, the phone number and the credit card number.

The Québec City Comiccon Group collects customer information for different reasons:

Quebec City Comiccon Mobile Application

The Québec City Comiccon Mobile app (the “App”), powered by Aloompa, will collect and use the Personal Information you provide through the Application and/or through the related Website and other Services offered, as further set out in this Privacy Policy. Aloompa may also, with your consent, collect profile information from Third Party Providers to which you connect when using our App and/or related Website, as further set out in this Privacy Policy.

This information will be used by the App for the purposes of providing you access to the functionalities of the Services and, with your consent, to provide personalized recommendations on artists, events or products related to the event to which the Services relate (the “Event”) and provide personalized access to targeted content.

The App may share Personal Information with the organizer to enable it to provide personalized recommendations on artists, events or products related to the Event. The App may also share this information with other parties, with your consent, for the same purposes.

The App may also provide information in an aggregate, non-personally identifying form to sponsors of the Event to which the Services relate, to improve their products and for market study purposes.
