Biography
Born in Rimouski, Mel Gosselin holds a bachelor's degree in teaching French as a second language from Université Laval and a diploma in fiction screenwriting from L'institut national de l'image et du son. Ever since she was a little girl, this mother of two has had a passion for Japanese animation, cinema and video games. In 2011, she published her very first novel, Cétacia, a historical fiction that won critical acclaim for its poignant scenes. In 2013, she was approached by Bryan Perro (Amos Daragon) to write a science fiction trilogy, Jacky Salaberry. With Rôdeur Mortel, the author draws her inspiration from the rhythm and style of manga!
